Overview
Marketing Campaigns only allows campaigns to be sent to records with a valid marketing status.
Subscriber management is part of the initial Email campaigns onboarding flow and allows you to control which Companies and Contacts can receive marketing communications.
From this section, you can:
review the marketing status of records
mark records as subscribed
manage unsubscribes and cancellations
update statuses in bulk
prepare audiences for campaigns
Marketing Status
Each Company and Contact includes a field called:
Marketing status
This field determines whether a record can receive email campaigns.
Available statuses
Status | Description |
Subscribed | The record can receive email campaigns. This status indicates that the contact or company has given consent to receive communications. |
Unsubscribed | The record has requested to stop receiving communications. Marketing Campaigns will automatically exclude these records from future sends. |
Without consent | This is the default initial status. The record will not receive campaigns until the subscription has been confirmed. |
Access subscriber management
Go to:
Campaigns → Email campaigns
Within the initial onboarding, you will find the option Configure subscribers
Click the button to access the records list.
Manage marketing statuses
Subscriber management can be performed from both Companies and Contacts.
From this screen, you can:
view the current status
filter records
update statuses
select multiple records
Change a record status
To update the marketing status individually:
1- Click the current status
2- Select the new available status
Changes are applied immediately to the record.
Bulk subscriber management
Marketing Campaigns allows you to update multiple records simultaneously to speed up the initial campaign setup process.
Select multiple records
Use the selection checkboxes to mark multiple records from the list.
Once selected, new actions will appear at the top of the list.
Mark records as sbuscribed
Click:
Mark as subscribed
to update the marketing status of all selected records.
Confirmación de cambios masivos
Antes de aplicar el cambio, el sistema solicitará una confirmación.
Esto ayuda a evitar modificaciones accidentales sobre grandes volúmenes de registros.
Resultado de la actualización
Una vez confirmado el cambio, los registros aparecerán automáticamente con estado:
Subscribed
Configuración completada
Una vez actualizados los estados de marketing, la configuración de suscriptores aparecerá como completada dentro del onboarding inicial de Email campaigns.
A partir de este momento, ya podrás comenzar a preparar el contenido y diseño de tus campañas de email.
Importante
Marketing Campaigns solo enviará campañas a registros con un estado de marketing válido.
Los registros con estado:
Unsubscribed
Without consent
quedarán excluidos automáticamente de los envíos.
Buenas prácticas
Para mantener una base de datos saludable:
utiliza únicamente registros con consentimiento válido
revisa regularmente las cancelaciones de suscripción
evita modificar estados sin confirmación previa
mantén actualizados los datos de contacto
segmenta correctamente las audiencias antes de enviar campañas

Una vez configurados los suscriptores, el siguiente paso es crear y gestionar las plantillas utilizadas en tus campañas de email.
