What system information can I view from Sage Sales Management records?

To improve data traceability and monitoring, we have expanded the system information displayed in both list and detail views across all main entities.


📌 Common information visible across all entities

The following fields are now shown for Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Sales Orders, Activities, Events, Tasks, and Products on all devices:

Field

Description

Identifier

Internal unique identifier

External ID

External unique identifier (useful for integrations).

Creation date

The date the record was created.

Created by

Name and ID of the user who created the record (includes imports or connectors).

Last modified date

The date the record was last updated.

Modified by

Name and ID of the last user who modified the record.

Bulk update

Indicates if the change was part of a bulk update (if available).

Security level

Access level assigned to the record (when applicable).

Read-only (isReadOnly)

Indicates whether the record can be edited or not.

This information is visible directly within the record card and, in some cases, when hovering over the information icon.


🔍 Entity-specific fields

Additional fields are displayed depending on the entity:

Accounts

  • isCompanyPublic: Indicates whether the account is public or restricted.

Contacts

  • Environment name: Shows which environment the contact belongs to.

Activities

  • Private: Indicates if the activity is marked as private.

  • Linked event: If linked to an event, the event ID will be shown with a direct link.

Events and Documents

  • Environment name: Shows the associated environment (for Events).

  • Security level (Documents): Indicates if the document has restricted access.

  • Last modified user and date (Documents): Full information about the last modification.


📍 Where is this information displayed?

  • Web version: Hover over the icon next to the record’s name.

  • iOS and Android: Scroll down to the metadata section at the bottom of each record view.
