Sales Campaigns configuration allows you to define permissions, manage campaigns and control which actions users can perform depending on the status of each campaign

Roles and permissions in Sales Campaigns

Sales Campaigns includes different access levels depending on the user’s role within Sage Sales Management.


Permissions for administrators and managers

Users with campaign management or administration permissions can:

  • Create campaigns from the web application.

  • Edit campaigns in draft or scheduled status.

  • Assign campaigns to teams or specific companies.

  • Configure forms and questions.

  • Define the type of activity required to complete a campaign.

  • Monitor results and statistics.

  • Export active or completed campaigns.

  • Duplicate active or completed campaigns.


Permissions for sales reps

Sales users can only access campaigns assigned to them.

From the mobile app, they can:

  • View active campaigns.

  • Complete activities linked to campaigns.

  • Register check-ins.

  • Answer forms.

  • Receive notifications related to active campaigns.

Sales reps:

  • Cannot edit campaigns.

  • Cannot delete campaigns.

  • Cannot modify forms.

  • Cannot add companies to a campaign.

Forms and questions

Campaigns can include forms used to collect information during sales activities.


Draft or scheduled campaigns

You can:

  • Create questions.

  • Edit existing questions.

  • Modify forms.


Active or completed campaigns

Questions and forms become locked and can no longer be modified.


Export and analytics

Managers and administrators can export information from active or completed campaigns.

Data can be exported:

  • In Excel format.

  • By email.

You can also review:

  • Form results.

  • Progress statistics.

  • User and team performance.
