14. Goals History

In addition to providing you with the CRM data, Analytics Pro also makes available data collected on the objectives of your team. This dataset offers you the possibility of analyzing information on the performance history of your team or of a specific user based on one or different objectives.


To use the Goals History dataset, you must follow the next steps:

  1. Once you have created a dashboard and activated the edit mode by clicking Edit dashboard.
  2. Add a new Tile.
  3. The Choose an Explore window will open, where you can choose the Goals History dataset:

4. From this window, you can build your query by selecting the different Filters and Fields, as explained in the article creating reports from scratch.
