Step 4. Activities
Activities are interactions you have had with your ForceManager accounts.
Some activities are automatically registered (calls and Emails) instead others are manually registered (comments, visits, etc.).
1. Activity types
By default, you can perform five types of activities in ForceManager: comments, visits, meetings, calls and emails. However, you can delete, modify and add new ones as needed.
For example: videocall, training, technical visit, etc.
2. Additional fields
In this menu, you can add new fields defining new activity types you usually have with your contacts or accounts.
For example: next step and next visit.
