Opportunities are all possible sales with customers or potential customers.

There are two editable fields in this menu:

1. States

Before beginning to work with ForceManager, we recommend clearly defining your sales cycle. This step is important to maximizing your use of ForceManager.

By default, we propose some stages (for example: contacted, first visit, etc.) but we recommend personalizing every stage according to your company (for example: first offer, purchase sent, etc.). Consider that some companies have 2 stages and others have maybe 5 before they sell or lose an opportunity.

2. Additional fields

Additionally, you can create as many extra fields as you need to personalize the tool configuration.

For example:

Extra field: Recommended customer

Value list: Yes / No
