Contacts are people associated with an account in ForceManager.

Each contact can only be associated to one account. However, different contacts can be associated to the same account.

There are two different editable fields in this menu:

1. Roles and positions

In this menu you can personalize the information about people roles and positions on your accounts in order to record the function of every person of the company.

By default, we propose some roles and positions (Sales director, CFO, etc.) but you can delete and modify these and add new ones as needed. For example: Back office, Marketing Department, etc.

2. Additional fields

Moreover, you can add new fields that will help you to complete the contact information you need see.

For example:

Extra fields: Birthday
