How to enable Cognitive by ForceManager

In order to start using Cognitive you have to sign in with your username and password from a computer. Steps to activate Cognitive:

  1. After you sign in, on the top-right corner of your screen you'll find your profile picture. Once you click there you'll see the option Settings. 
  2. On the left of the screen you'll find a list of settings, within the add-ons option, you'll find "Cognitive".
  3. Once here, you'll be able to activate the option by clicking the "activate" button. 

As soon as you've activated it you'll be able to select up to 5 fields that are relevant for your sales process so Dana will give priority to the information those contain. 

You are all set to start using Cognitive!
