What is Scan Manager?

Scan Manager allows you to add all documents related to accounts or opportunities’ from ForceManager with a single snapshot.

Whenever you have a document or image that may contain information related to any of your accounts, you will be able to instantly link the two together.

From the ‘accounts’ or ‘opportunities’ menu you will be able to access related documents and by selecting ‘add’ there’s also the option to ‘scan document’. Using your device, you will be able to capture any image or document which will be added and linked with the respective account/opportunity in a pdf. format.
