Sales Analytics gathers all the interaction held and a great deal of information, but also:

  •  Analyses the distribution of the sales team activity with each customer type and geographical area to ensure sales efforts are heading towards the right direction.
  • Measures the effectiveness of all interaction held by the sales team with the market to identify good practices and deploy them among the team.
  • Provides an objective and realistic view of the interactions with the market and shows when and where efforts should be focused on.
