How to import data?

In case you already have an accounts or contacts data base, the first thing you must do is import that to ForceManager. To do this, follow the below steps:

  1. On the web version, go to your profile, which is at the top of the screen, and click on “Administration”.
  2. Next, on the left vertical menu, on the Settings section, you can see the following options: Import Accounts and Import Contacts. Go to the relevant menu.
  3. In the respective menu, follow the indicated steps in detail:
  • Step 1: download the template and complete it following the indications that are on the “instructions” tab.   
  • Step 2: select the file with the completed information.
