ACTIVITY TO SALES MATRIX


It positions users with regards to their activity and sales, useful for screening out who’s work methodology works better and who might need some coaching.

The horizontal axis represents the sales score and the vertical axis reflects the activity score the user has.

With this matrix users can find 4 different situations:


1. High activity, low sales

 

2. High acitvity, high sales

 

3. Low activity, low sales

 

4. Low activity, high sales


SALES RANKING


Sales ranking includes data from all sales team, information about sales made and a score concerning all interaction held.

You can arrange users by different factors and manage the columns you wish to see with the option ‘add columns’.

Under the ranking columns you will be able to see:


• Sales score
• Activity to sales ratio
• Sales


Click over a user to filter your search and to see, only, this user analysis.
