What e-mails are synced on ForceManager?
Not all the e-mails exchanged with my customers are registered on ForceManager because:
- The contact with whom I exchanged an e-mail is not saved on the ForceManager application. Therefore, if it is a customer of mine, completing their associated details is important, specifying their e-mail address in particular.
- Internal e-mails that I exchange with my work colleagues may not register as the option is disabled.
- Though the contact is registered on the device’s contacts, they must also be added to the ForceManager application.
