1. Access from the web version
Once you have signed into ForceManager, to view or manage your contacts, click on the Contacts option in the top menu of the web application.
What’s more, you can access a contact file by clicking on it.
2. Access from the mobile version
On mobile devices, the list of contacts sorted according to the activity conducted with them will be displayed.
Moreover, you have some quick access:
On Android devices, if you select a contact and keep it pressed for a few seconds, the option to edit the details of a contact file will be given.
On iOS devices, you can manage a contact’s options by swiping their name to the left.
