Which calls are registered in ForceManager?
Like in mail, the contact's phone field is necessary to have the calls registered in ForceManager. Otherwise, the calls will not appear in the application.
- Although the contact is saved in the Agenda of the device, you need to register it also ForceManager
- Call synchronization registers incoming and outgoing from ForceManager or phone application only from ANDROID
- For iOS and Windows Phone, outgoing calls from the application are recorded
