Why is not my Activity registered in mobility visible in the Web App?


The activity I do along the day is synchronized in ForceManager's servers where Activities, Check-ins, Calls, etc. are saved. 

This process is done each hour periodically to dump data in servers. This is the reason why the recent info displayed in Activities in a different device is not always available. 

The connectivity the device has is also important, because if I do not have a good coverage the info will not be sent to servers. I, like user, do not have to worry about anything, because this process is done automatically and the synchronization is done again when the device has coverage. Using a Wi-Fi or 3G connection.  


  • User's permissions can limit the visibility of some Activities and to hide some of them. 
  • Data download can be forced as follows button CONFIG > Refresh data
