Process
I want to download the account's list, contacts and activities that I have in ForceManager, but I do not know how to do it. The steps are quite easy and you only must access to ForceManager from the WEB APP.
In each tab, in the right top corner, there is a Tool button. It contains the option to export to Excel. You are able to download the account's list, contacts and activities.
Notes
To be able to export data, to have permissions is necessary
Exports can only be done from WEB APP
