What are the different formats in which the Orders menu can be viewed?
By default, orders in ForceManager are listed in chronological order based on their reference number. This means that you can easily get a complete overview of all your orders at a glance. However, you can also customize the list format to sort your orders based on other criteria such as status, close date or total.
This can be particularly useful if you need to find a specific order or if you want to prioritize certain orders over others. Additionally, you can also use the search bar to find orders by specific keywords or filters, making it even easier to manage your orders efficiently.
In this format, you can also adjust the table to view content in a way that best suits you. From the Options button (found on the right-hand side of the table), you can activate and deactivate fields that you want to be shown and you can also order columns based on your needs so you can view the information in an order that’s most useful to you.
You also have the option to add filters and searches that can also be exported (in .xls format) for further analysis.
