In which formats can the Orders menu be viewed?
The Orders menu can be viewed either as a list or board. The two tabs at the top of the menu allow you to change between formats.
Orders are shown in order of reference in the default list format. This gives you a comprehensive view of all your orders.
In this format, you can also adjust the table to view content in a way that best suits you. From the ‘Options’ button (found on the right hand side of the table), you can activate and deactivate fields that you want to be shown and you can also order columns based on your needs so you can view information in an order that’s most useful to you.
You also have the option to add filters and searches that can also be exported (in .xls format) for further analysis.
The board format shows you orders according to their status. E.g. draft, sent, pending approval, approved. This format allows you to manage all open orders that are found in different states/phases of the sales process so you can see how well they are advancing and enable you to plan ahead.
As well as this, you can also drag and drop orders between stages of the process without having to open them up to edit.
