What are account ratings?

When you create a new account you can add a rating. Although not mandatory, we recommend adding this feature as it will help you organize your accounts by importance/potential.

By default, ForceManager accounts can be rated A, B, C or D (from minimum to maximum potential). So more important accounts are classified as "A" and those with little potential are rated "D

This field can be customized and ratings can be adapted to your requirements. To request custom ratings contact your assigned consultant or the ForceManager support team at soporte@forcemanager.net.

You can also add visit cycles and calculate visit frequency according to account ratings and importance.

For example, you could add a requirement that all "A" rated accounts are visited at least once a month and all "D" rated accounts once every two months to improve how you monitor your accounts.
