Usage limits in ForceManager
When using your ForceManager account, it's essential to consider the associated limits for each of them. These limits are designed to ensure efficient resource usage and maintain optimal platform performance.
The Essential and Starter plans have the following default limits:

ForceManager will not delete any data when a limit is exceeded. However, you may not be able to manually add more data of the exceeded type until you free up space or upgrade your subscription to a higher plan. Notifications and Display on Web and Mobile
ForceManager provides clear notifications about limits on the web and mobile platforms.
Through alerts on tables and listings of companies, contacts, and opportunities, users are proactively informed about their current limit situation.
It is important to note that web users have access to additional features, while mobile users have limited options, mainly focused on entity creation.

7 additional fields / €10 per month
2000 additional companies / €10 per month
2500 additional contacts / €10 per month
750 additional open opportunities / €10 per month
For example, if you need to add 4850 additional contacts to your account, we would calculate how many top ups are necessary. Since each top up adds 2500 additional contacts, you would need to make 2 top ups to reach the required 4850 additional contacts.
