If you have forgotten your password, click on the option 'Forgot your password?' found under the log in fields on the log in home screen to reset your password. You will be requested to provide your phone number or email where you will be sent a new one.
Web version
If you have forgotten your password, you will find the option 'Have you forgotten your password?' on the log in home screen (under the email and password fields).
Click the option.
It will take you to a page where you will need to enter your email address in order to be sent an access link to reset your password.
In your email address, you will receive a link you will have to access to change your password, and where you will need to enter and confirm your new password:
