1. Description of the "Activity Indicators" Chart
The activity comparison chart visually displays the difference between recorded activity in a selected period (7 or 30 days) and the previous period. This chart includes various indicators that help analyse activity trends in Sage Sales Management.
💡 Note: The data displayed in the chart only refers to the users selected for analysis.
📌 The chart indicators are independent and can be activated individually. You can select those that provide relevant data:
Check-in Visits (geolocated): Compares check-ins made during the selected period with those in the previous period.
Tasks: Shows the difference between all manually added tasks (not related to visits) during the compared periods.
Emails: Compares the total number of emails sent and received in both periods.
Management Visits (non-geolocated): Displays the difference in recorded visits without geolocation.
Fast Check-in: Compares fast check-ins carried out in the selected periods.
Calls: Differentiates the total number of outgoing calls made from the application in the compared periods.
New Companies: Shows the difference in new companies assigned during the analysed periods.
New Contacts: Compares the number of new contacts assigned in each period.
2. What Do the Chart Colours Mean?
The data is displayed in different colours depending on the activity trend during the selected period:
🟢 Green: Indicates an increase in activity compared to the previous period.
🟠 Orange: Indicates that activity has surpassed half of the level recorded in the previous period.
🔴 Red: Indicates a decrease in activity compared to the previous period.
3. How to Configure the Activity Indicators?
All indicators can be customised according to your needs. To access the settings, click on the gear icon ⚙️ located in the upper right corner of the chart.
📌 In the settings screen:
On the left side, you will see the active indicators, which you can reorder by dragging and dropping according to your preference.
You can also activate or deactivate indicators. To do this, click the "Add Indicator" button, where a list of all available indicators will appear.
When previewing an indicator, you will see its visual representation and a brief description of its function in data analysis.
