When you create a new order, one of the required steps is to add products to the order.
Add products to the order
In the top-right corner of the order block, click Add products.
The product search window opens, where all products are organised into folders.
Open the relevant folder to view the list of available products.
In the list, each product displays:
Product image (if previously added)
Name
Short description
Price
Available stock
Button to add units
Filter products to make searching easier
After clicking Add products, you can use filters to find products more quickly and accurately.
On the right-hand side of the screen, click Filters, located at the top of the product table. This opens a floating menu showing the available filters.
By default, you will see three preconfigured quick filters, which you can use or remove as needed:
Product category
Creation date
Modification date
If you need additional filters, click Add filters. A new window opens displaying all available options.
From there, you can:
Select filters by ticking the checkbox next to each field.
Search for a specific field using the search bar, by typing its name or part of it.
Once the filters are applied, the product list updates automatically to show only the results that match the selected criteria.
Manage quantities
Each time you click the + icon, one unit of the product is added.
If one or more units have already been added, the − icon appears, allowing you to reduce the quantity.
Once you have selected all products and their quantities, click Save.
View products in the order
The products are automatically added to the order record, one per order line, showing the following information in the table:
Thumbnail image
Name and description
Quantity
Unit price
Discount
Subtotal
Total
Any additional fields configured for the product
Edit or remove products
To edit the quantity or unit price, click directly on the corresponding value in the product line.
To remove a product, hover over the line, select the checkbox, and click the bin icon.
