How does the user environment summary work?

View the total number of users in your Sage Sales Management account and their distribution by environment, including billable and active users.

From the Users menu, open the Environment summary tab to view this information.

Account totals

In the top left corner of the screen, you can view:

  • Total number of users created.

  • Total number of billable users.

Breakdown by environment

The table groups users by environment. For each environment, it shows:

  • Total number of users.

  • Number of billable users.

  • Number of active users.
