How does the user list view work?

View key user details, combine filters to find profiles, and access the actions available from each row.

Written by Jon Trasobares

The list view in the Users menu displays users in a table with key information about each profile.

What information does the list show?

For each user, you can view:

  • User’s name.

  • Associated environment.

  • Email address.

  • Mobile number.

  • Manager.

  • External identifier.

How to filter users

Select Filter to narrow down the list. You can combine the following filters:

  • User status

  • User ID

  • External ID

  • Billable

  • Email

  • Security level

  • Job title

  • Home branch

  • Responsible

  • Mobile number

  • Modification date

  • Last web login

  • Last mobile login

  • Mobile platform

To remove the applied filters, select Reset filters in the top right corner of the panel.

Available actions

Hover over a user’s row. An action bar appears on the right side of that row.

From this bar, you can:

  • Edit the user’s information.

  • Duplicate their profile.

  • Activate or deactivate their account, depending on its current status.

  • Log in as that user.

  • Send a password reset email.

  • Delete the user’s account.

The action bar only appears when you hover over a specific row.
