What is a contact?

Contacts represent the people your company has a professional relationship with. Each contact is associated with a company and brings together the information you need to communicate with and keep track of each person.

From a contact, you can view their contact details, record activities, manage opportunities and maintain a history of your interactions.

Why are contacts important?

Managing your contacts effectively allows you to:

  • Centralise information about each person.

  • Easily identify the key contacts within each company.

  • Keep a record of calls, meetings and emails.

  • Keep customer contact details up to date.

  • Improve the management of your business relationships.

Explore the Contacts module

The Contacts module is available in both the web app and mobile app.

In the web app, contacts are displayed in a table, making it easy to quickly view key information about each person, such as their name, the company they belong to, their contact details and job title. The mobile app provides the same information in a format designed for quick access during your day-to-day work.

Discover how the Contacts module is organised, what information each contact record contains and how to manage the people associated with your companies.
