How to create a user in Sage 50 UKI

Steps to create the user

  1. Open Sage 50 and log in to the application.

  2. Select the company you want to synchronise with Sage Sales Management Mobile.

  3. Go to the Users section and create a new user for the integration.

    • Recommendation: use an easily identifiable name, for example CRM.

  4. Configure the user:

    • You can create the user with or without a password.

    • If a password is set, it will be required later for the connection.

    • Assign full permissions to ensure access to all required data.

  5. Save the user and repeat these steps for each company you want to integrate.

  6. Once all users are created, click Next.

Important

  • The username and password created here must be entered in the connector to allow synchronisation with the corresponding company.

  • If the user does not have full permissions, the integration will not work correctly.
