This article is intended for Admin users. The steps described require access rights and configuration permissions that are only available to administrators.
If you need to reconnect the Sage 50 UK connector to an already active implementation in Sage Sales Management —for example, after a server change or for any other reason— follow these steps.
1. Download the connector
Download the latest version of the connector from the following the instructions of this article
2. Start the connector in Advanced mode
Once installed, open the connector and select Advanced.
3. Enter the connection details
Fill in the following fields:
FM Implementation: name and code of the Sage Sales Management implementation.
Public Key: available in Admin.
Private Key: available in Admin.
Validate the Supervisor email address
Enter the Supervisor’s email address in Sage Sales Management.
If the email is correct, a confirmation message will appear on screen.
Select the company group to synchronise
Choose the company group you want to synchronise and click Configure.
Then complete the access details:
User: usually CRM.
Password: defined during installation. If you don’t have it, check it in Sage under the Users section.
⚠️ Important: make sure the Stop Sync box is unchecked.
