Can I merge companies in Forcemanager?

No, you must merge them on Sage.

Can I purchase Add-ons?

Yes, there are: GoalManager, DANA AI+, etc. To purchase them, please get in contact with us or with your Sage contact person.

If a create an account or a contact in the CRM, will it sync to Sage 50?

If you create an account with the state field set as a prospect, it will only stay in the CRM. If you create an account with the state field set as a customer, it will be synced to Sage 50.

If you create new contacts on the CRM, it will stay only on the CRM. If you create new contacts on Sage, they will sync to ForceManager.

¿Can I see the stock in products?

Yes, you can.

¿Can I see and create quotes on the mobile app?

Yes, from the ForceManager mobile app running iOS, click on the “More (…)” button and click on Orders. From there, you will see all the quotes, invoices, sales orders and credit notes; and by clicking the “+” button on the top right corner, you will be able to create new quotes.
